Job Summary:
Candidate should be a Any Graduate from a recognized university.
Mapping related issues: SR codes, Coastal Codes, IRDA Codes. Bharat RE codes & HPCL codes.
Configuration in terms of Application access, Remapping issues (at user level or the IMEIs),CVTP PIN rights, Auto PIN approval rights, Portal access Agency Portal & 2w2m portal, CD & IDV rights, 1805 & 1806 along with 1831.
Handling Inbound & Outbound calls for enquiries and resolution for errors/validations on TAB apk.
SOP preparation for every upgrade on the TAB apk for training purpose.
Dongle related end to end activities in terms of dispatching, allocation, replacements, dongle usage MIS & training for new users.
Activity of blocking rights of resigned employees.
Follow up with developers on failed transactions and functional failures as & when on TAB apk.
Monitoring ITHD calls for new location creations and remapping.
Good English Communication is required.
